Real User Monitoring

Core Web Vitals measured on your visitors' own devices and networks — the numbers Google ranks on. Add it to any plan.

One allowance, unlimited sites

Your pageview allowance is pooled across every site you monitor, and we never charge per site. Forty client sites at 2,000 pageviews each costs the same as one site at 80,000. Most tools in this category bill per site on top of volume, which makes a portfolio of small sites the most expensive thing you can own.

No cookies, no local storage, no visitor identifier of any kind — so adding the tag doesn't change what your cookie banner has to say.

How this differs from synthetic monitoring

Your scheduled reports run a real browser from our datacentre on a fixed schedule. That is lab data: reproducible, controlled, and it keeps running whether or not anyone visits. Real User Monitoring is field data — what actually happened to real people on their own hardware and connections.

Owning both for the same domain lets us answer a question neither one can answer alone: when our probe loads your page quickly but your visitors are still waiting, the problem isn't your server — it's what the page costs on real devices, networks and geographies.
